Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, if you contact us via email at sales@personaliz3dtouch.com we will do our best to help you

Returns

Due to the nature of many of our goods we do not offer returns on any personalized or custom merchandise purchases. However, if any item is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival we will always honor a return or exchange for these.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@personaliz3dtouch.com. We will furnish all return instructions upon approval of the return.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and furnish your determined refund immediately.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, or a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item as determined and approved by our discussion with you prior to receiving your return
